Success! She got "like, a million" eggs (her newest phrase)! Winnie Kate was some fierce competition, but she fought through.

Once again, no pictures of me and Allen. So sorry! I think I'm due for another belly shot soon, so I will post that once I get to around 20 weeks (next Monday). Allen can show off his belly too. :) Next Monday is the big ultrasound day. We'll find out who is right about boy or girl.

Holly has developed quite an imagination and will often trail into a conversation with an imaginary person while I still think she is talking to me. The other day we were getting ready to leave and she was putting her shoes on, saying "She loves her mommy." "Does she love her mommy?" "Yes, she does love her mommy." This q&a went on for a few minutes but I have to say I loved listening to that.

We were getting ready to leave another morning and she calls out from inside my closet, "Mommy, I want you to enjoy me." I was sure I misheard her, so I asked her to say it again. Well, she said the exact same thing again. When asked to explain what "enjoy" meant, she said it was when something was broken and you had to fix it. Oh. Makes perfect sense. I have no idea where she comes up with half the things she says.

OK, last funny Hollyism and then I'll stop. We were leaving Nana's one afternoon and Holly always pretends to not want to give her a hug goodbye. So Nana played along and said, "I love you a tiny bit." Holly responded, "I love you so much," and then it sunk in what Nana said and she got this hurt look and said, "And you love me BIG much!"

We had a really nice Easter weekend and spent much of it with Winnie Kate and Aunt Jennifer. Holly and Winkie love each other so much and Holly would frequently giver her little hugs and call her "my little sister." Yesterday we went to an egg hunt at Cheekwood and after the hunt we waited in line for an hour and a half to get balloon flowers. The girls were so excited about their flowers, then they both popped within ten minutes. It was so sad but we could only laugh hysterically (while the girls cried hysterically). It was a really beautiful day of being outside and enjoying the festivities.
