Almost Done but Not Quite
Tonight, Allen had his 3rd year banquet to celebrate the completion of 3 years of residency. Most residents finish in July and are "graduating" on to jobs and fellowships. Since Allen won't be finished until December he got a special certificate. Pretty funny!

That certificate is awesome! Almost there....
Hilarious! And I barely recognize Dr. P. all gussied up like that. Was he wearing socks and everything?
